How fancy fonts actually work

Your phone and computer don't send fonts with text. They send characters. Unicode, the standard that defines every character, includes special alphabets made for maths (bold, script, double-struck and gothic letters), plus circled letters, full-width letters and more. This tool swaps each normal letter for its look-alike. Since the result is real text, it pastes anywhere that accepts Unicode. That is also why it can't change the font of letters that don't have look-alikes, such as Urdu or Hindi.

Where to use stylish fonts

Use fancy fonts for headings and highlights, not for important information. Screen readers and search engines read them as maths symbols, so keep phone numbers, links and key details in normal text.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a real font I can install?

No. These are Unicode characters, not font files, which is why you can paste them into apps without installing anything.

Can I convert a whole paragraph?

Yes. Paste up to about 600 characters, including line breaks, and each style shows the full text ready to copy.

Why are some letters not changed?

Some styles have no look-alike for certain characters (for example, "Tiny Text" has no small Q). Those letters stay normal.

Are fancy fonts bad for SEO?

On your own website, yes. Search engines read them as symbols, not words. On social profiles, use them for decoration and keep important keywords in plain text.
